Tan & Tash have been very professional and efficient in all their care. I've never done anything similar to the dental procedures I've been through, but I'd certainly recommend the treatment. In addition, the service, explanation and care was excellent.

I can't thank Skipton Road Dental Surgery enough for the wonderful care I received during my appointment on 05/11/25. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel calm and comfortable - thank you to the friendly and competent reception staff for that. I had an appointment with Dentist Ishaq & Dental Nurse Nicky who were incredibly caring and patient throughout my visit, they took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. I really appreciate how gentle and understanding they were; providing constant reassurance as I was very nervous! It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being & I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a dentist who truly goes above and beyond! Thankyou to the Awesome Ben and his wonderful assistant Louise. The aftercare for my dry wisdom tooth socket is greatly appreciated. Went to see them in immense pain after extraction at another surgery. Ben and Louise are a fantastic team. They do everything they can to alleviate my pain whilst showing absolute care, dedication and the upmost skill in dealing with this very painful experience. I always feel confident knowing I'm in great hands, no matter how daunting the procedure maybe. Thankyou both for helping me, especially today and last week. I'm truly grateful. I can’t recommend Tan and Tash enough! Every time I visit, they are both absolutely amazing. They always make me feel completely at ease and take the time to explain everything in great depth, which really helps me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment.

been going for years..excellent service and treatment...if you have work done and you need to go back for a slight alteration etc it's not a problem...staff are always helpful and friendly...only downside is they are no longer taking nhs patients

Raheel extracted a tooth that was causing me agony. That was on an emergency appointment. I hadn't seen a dentist for thirty years and was despairing at the prospect of not finding one. He subsequently treated my gum-disease and educated me in the finer aspects of dental care.

I have been going to this practice for many years. Thomas my dentist is very good at reassuring nervous patients and makes me feel safe. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

The level of competence, professionalism and kindness were amazing. The dentist was very polite, explained everything thoroughly as he worked, constantly checking if I needed a rest and if everything was ok. The reception regularly updated everyone in the waiting room and addressed us with first names. The aftercare was also very professional and booked in for a checkup within a week to make sure everything is ok. This is by the far the best dental experience I’ve ever had and I strongly recommend.

I have nearly finished my treatment with Dr Tom and I am extremely happy with the end result, it is so much better than what I expected. I had composite bonding already on my teeth after I had braces (done by another dentist). I wanted the shape and colour changed, my fixed retainers redone and a silver filling done in composite - which still needs doing.
Tom came highly recommended and at my first consultation I felt very comfortable and Tom give me options of the type of treatment I could have. There was no pressure just advice and guidance.
Throughout my treatment Tom has been extremely thorough, paid attention to detail, never rushed just to get the job done and is definitely a perfectionist 😆 which I like!

Just had perio hygiene cleaning with Natalie.
She made a painful procedure pleasant and most importantly bearable .
From the moment she greeted me, to the moment I left she keep me calm and at ease which is a task in itself as dental visits usually can leave me wiped out.
Can't recommend her enough.

A fantastic practice. Tan has looked after our family for several years now. He is always sensitive to the varying needs of our foster children and to my odd phobia! Natasha is a great nurse and very supportive. Nicola and the reception staff are always welcoming and helpful.

Skipton Road Dental Practice is absolutely fantastic. In the first instance the reception staff are always friendly, helpful & accommodating. When it comes to the clinical staff, my dentist Tom and his team are just great. Super professional but very personable & amazing at what they do. Just like many others, I am not a fan of the dentist but all procedures I have required have been done with ease and with minimal discomfort. Would definitely recommend!

The service at Skipton Road Dental sugery has been incredible, from the dentist Tom Friar himself to the dental nurses and receoptionists, always incredibly friendly and helpful and efficient! The treatment i has (fixed brace + composite bonding), has been smooth - and even fun dare i say! I have been kept informed at all times of whats happening, progress, setting expectations etc and i always was made to feel comfortable and safe during all procedures. My teeth needed straightneing and were quite worn prior to the treatment finsihing, but i insisted i wanted a natural look, nothing too white or fake looking, just the confidence to smile again - which has made such a difference to my life and daily interactions. Cannot recommend enough!!
